Lois C. Mahoney, R.N. 
Lois is co-founder of New England Medical Legal Consultants, Inc., established in 1989. Ms. Mahoney is a registered nurse who possesses more than 20 years of experience in the nurse consulting industry. In addition to her position as CEO of New England Medical Legal Consultants, she actively participates in case evaluations, reviewing medical records, consulting with experts and researching medical legal issues. Ms. Mahoney is known throughout the nursing community for her seminars on nursing standards and documentation.
Kenneth T. Mahoney, B.A.
Kenneth is the Executive Director of Operations and is co-founder of New England Medical Legal Consultants, Inc. He graduated from West Virginia State College with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Ken's concentrations are in expert resources and he is the Director of Marketing.

Ann Pinheiro, R.N., M.B.A., J. D.
Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rhode Island College and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. She also earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ann has worked as a nurse manager, supervising four nursing units. Most recently she worked with a successful litigation firm that specializes in medical malpractice and products liability claims. In addition to her knowledge of nursing practice, she has extensive experience in pre trial discovery and medical legal case development.
Glenna Giordano, R.N.
Glenna earned her degree in Nursing from Rhode Island College. She holds a Masters Degree in Education from Rhode Island College as well as a Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island. She is an associate professor in Nursing and presently teaches maternity as well as surgical nursing. Glenna reviews OB/GYN cases as well as medical surgical cases. Glenna is our per diem nurse.
Renee LaVine, Expert Resource Administrator
Renee has 15 years of medical office experience which includes Orthopedic, Chiropractic, Plastic Surgery and Gastroenterology practices. She works with Ken in our expert placement department.
Renee enjoys bowling, yoga and cheering on her son and his basketball team.
Rebecca Saccoccio, Expert Resource Assistant
Rebecca comes to our office with 4 years of medical office experience. She attended Rhode Island College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Rebecca is responsible for our expert databank, as well as conducting all comprehensive background checks on new and existing experts. Rebecca follows up with attorneys to ensure quality assurance.
Anthony Mahoney, Director of Image Duplication
Anthony joined New England Medical Legal Consultants in 2002 and is the director of the x-ray duplication division. Tony owned and operated his own business for 25 years prior to managing NEXRC.
Ed Jarret, Client Development Representative
Ed comes to us with 25 years of sales and marketing experience. He has been involved in sales management and marketing in the textile and automotive industries. Ed is responsible for new client development with an emphasis on client relations. He is a graduate of Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Ed enjoys all sports and still plays in an organized basketball league.
